I have found great success at our local dollar store, the Dollar Tree, when looking for stuffing, cellophane bags, and bows. Just recently I found shrink wrap cellophane bags there that were amazing. All I had to do was wrap my basket as shown above and blow warm air from my hair dryer onto it and it tightened up and looked fantastic. Almost store quality if I do say so myself! :)
